This past Tuesday, the second phase of PERFIL (Portal de Empleo y Reclutamiento para Facilitar la Inserción Laboral) was launched by the PR Secretary of Labor & Human Resources DTRH, Mr. Maldonado together with PR Governor Pierluisi at the Centro de Bellas Artes de Santurce, PR.

However, one crucial element remained concealed – the indispensable role played by Effectus Corp, under the leadership of Ellipsis LLC management, in bringing this vision to fruition. Today we take you behind the scenes to reveal the driving force behind PERFIL and our journey towards success.
While Ellipsis and Eightfold rightfully received acclaim during the presentation this week, Effectus Corp resources were hard at work, driving the project forward with precision and expertise. The team of experienced Project Managers ensured that every aspect of the implementation aligned seamlessly with the objectives of the DTRH.
